A few words from the founder of Adcomp

I earned my B-Com degree in 1996 and subsequently delved into a fulfilling career in finance. I worked as an Accountant, Financial Manager and Group Cost/Management Accountant in a corporate setting. During this time, I was part of a managing team handling finances of over R100 million per month. This continued over the span of 26 years. During these years, I found myself drawn to the world of IT and became the Accpac System administrator.

My passion for technology continued to grow. As a result I established Adcomp Solutions in 2007 as an IT retail store. While I immersed myself in computer services, my role as a System Administrator proved to be the perfect stepping stone. And so, with each passing day, Adcomp Solutions thrived.

Presently, Adcomp Solutions – Retail, has undoubtedly been on a steady upward trajectory. Therefore I saw the opportunity to take it to the next level with “Web-Adcomp”. Here we are focused on Web Development and Graphic Design to cater to a broader clientele. Additionally, we now offer custom written web-based applications and also handle hosting on behalf of our customers. Without a doubt, we had to admit that SEO services is key to the success of any website. As a result we extended our service even further at the designing company.

For that reason I have partnered with qualified individuals who share my vision. Together, we are actively engaged in continuous development. We are aiming to excel in Web design and development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and Graphic design services. Our dedicated team includes a talented Programmer and two skilled Graphic Designers. They are working collectively to elevate the success of this exciting phase.

He is a passionate web application and website developer with a remarkable journey in the world of programming. With roots dating back to the late 90s, he first discovered his love for coding during his high school years. Since completing school, he has embarked on a career in the retail industry. Here he honed his skills in customer service and gained valuable insights into the intricacies of running a business.

“It was during my time in the retail sector that I was offered the opportunity to develop a commersial application. I had to say YES, and a point of sale and inventory management system for the company was built. This project served as a turning point, merging my extensive retail experience with my expertise in web application development. The logical next step was joining a digital designing company as a web developer.”

Over the past 20 years, he amassed a wealth of knowledge and insights from his extensive retail background. Of course this has proven to be invaluable in his web application development endeavors. With a laser focus on productivity, he has consistently delivered solutions that streamlines processes and enhances efficiency.

In recent years, he has shifted his primary focus towards web app and website development. His deep understanding of the retail industry combined with his technical expertise allows him to create tailored solutions. As a result he meets the unique needs of businesses. Looking to the future, he is excited to collaborate with like-minded individuals and businesses, hence joining a designing company. He extends a warm invitation to potential customers. Highlights.

Social Media (2001-2002): He became involved in designing, development and moderating of a small social media startup.

POS & Inventory Management (2004-2012): Building and maintaining a point of sale and inventory management system. After completion the system was implemented in three locations throughout the company. The system included suggested re-order, purchase order, and stock-take functionality.

Production Management (2023): Following plenty of small projects, he built, and continually maintains a production management application. This application handles the full production process. First starting with the sales representative placing an order while on-site with the customer. Further through production and delivery, eliminating the manual ordering process.

We have two very passionate and energetic designers who joined the designing company.

BA – Graphic Design with Communications: Earned her degree from NWU Potchefstroom during 2021. Since 2022, she has been a full-time employed Graphic Designer. She also completed her four years of successful freelance experience. Her creative brilliance and eye for detail shines through in visually captivating designs.
She stays up-to-date with the latest trends of course, ensuring her work remains cutting-edge and effective. She has a passion for storytelling through design. Thus she embraces challenges and collaborates with clients to transform their visions into impactful visual experiences. Whether it be brand identities, marketing materials, or digital content.

NQF Level 5 in Graphic Design: She is a talented Graphic Designer with a solid foundation that is focused on design. She completed her qualification at CTU Vereeniging in 2016. This immediately kick started her journey in the creative field. With two years of freelance experience under her belt, she quickly transitioned to becoming a full-time Graphic Designer during 2017.
Additionally, She has taken her skills to the next level. She excelled as a manager in both the art and print departments. Her expertise, combined with her keen eye for design, ensures seamless and visually striking outcomes.
She is passionate about bringing creativity to life and she thrives in challenging and dynamic environments.
